Sustainability
Policy

Built on the belief that tourism must be a powerful force for good within fragile mountain ecosystems.

[00]

Our Four Pillars

Environment

Low-impact trekking and waste reduction.

Community

Fair employment and local procurement.

Culture

Celebrating indigenous knowledge.

Economy

Benefits flowing to local economies.

[01]

Environmental Stewardship

Groups carry out 100% of non-biodegradable waste. We provide reusable bottles and arrange water purification to eliminate single-use plastics.

We strictly follow designated trails to prevent vegetation damage and prohibit campfires where wood sourcing damages local forests.

Human waste is disposed of appropriately, well away from water sources. We also fund trail cleanup operations on high-traffic routes.

[02]

Community & Culture

A percentage of every booking is directed to our Community Fund, supporting health posts and schools in local villages.

We prioritize locally owned lodges and source food from local farmers. We actively support women-led businesses and female guides.

Monasteries and sacred sites are approached with strict adherence to local protocols. Staged performances that trivialize tradition are prohibited.
